Canggu and Berawa are one shortcut apart but if you know Canggu you know how big the difference this shortcut makes. Both areas have an insane amount of choices when it comes to eating out. We think Berawa deserves its own list of best cafes.

Known for their pastries and as its name describes, baked goods, this cafe has made a name for itself. Better come in early to get yourself a spot, since it can be very popular and we would hate you to miss out on Baked.

2. Milk & Madu

One of the very few places in Canggu that cater to family dining with a little playground for kids to play in. In terms of food, apart from having a selection for the kiddos, they have a wide range from excellent breakfast dishes that turn into delicious lunch and even dinner menus. Big win for parents who want to keep everyone happy.

3. Milu by Nook

Beautiful and chic bohemian-style cafe with a lot of greeneries all around. Truly makes you feel like you are in Bali. Berawa can be busy with traffic but as soon as you walk into this place you would feel that calmness you come to Bali for.

4. Neighbourhood

Easily one of the best coffees around. But don’t come here just for their coffees, they do amazing dishes for any time of day and beautiful cocktails too. Here you can choose to be outside on their lovely terrace area or stay cool in their air-conditioned indoor area. It has everything you need that some choose to co-work here. Consider all boxes ticked!

The recently-renovated clean and chic interiors give this place a fresh feeling to it, and having a quiet cool indoor area makes this place perfect as a co-working cafe.

6. Lusa by Suka

Lively venue with a terrace & an industrial-chic vibe offering international snacks & cocktails. They also have very good coffee with a good selection of desserts and you know what they say, there is always room for desserts.

7. Butterman

Best. Croissant. Around.

Sometimes you may have to queue for it but we promise it’s worth the wait.

8. Mr. Sista

Very chic venue with good breakfast/brunch food coupled with good coffee. Perfect to be your go-to brunch spot.

This cafe is not only good for brunch but also perfect for evening meals too. Some nights they do jazz and that’s perfect for your casual date nights.

10. Wanderlust Cafe

Wanderlust is also a gym and lifestyle brand. This cafe gives you a good selection of healthy and nutritious meals. They also have do-it-yourself breakfast too which is awesome, and if you are a bloody mary fan, trust us, they have the best ones in the area!
